Kailua Kona Foreclosures - Homes under $2,000,000 3/6/2008

Aloha,
Many of you had sent me an email asking me to keep you updated on all - Short Sale - Foreclosures - REO Bank owned properties. We have been trying to develop a better way to track these, and forward them on to you - I am still back at square one, the old fashioned way, one by one, taking a look at each and every MLS listing out there.
In Kona right now we have well over a 1,000 active listings, and as many as 30 changes a day! On top of all that - I need to be out there selling!!!
So I have hired an assistant to help me keep up on this. ( Great lady I had hired as a Service Advisor - back when I was Service Manager at a Mercedes/Honda Dealership)
My first - Blast - of these listings turned out very successful, in 2 weeks we ended up with 5 great clients, and putting 2 of them in Escrow. It has also netted me another 28 prospects. So Thank you - and to the clients I have not been able to get back to - I apologize - I am Sorry.
With that said - let's move forward - here is the list of homes - in Kona - for under 2 million dollars - that are tagged as in distress - foreclosure - short sale - REO - Bank Owned, and so on!

I will be following up in the next day or 2 with Condos - so stay tuned!

Also, a popular blog I have done in the past is the - Deal of The Day - they don't always have to be in foreclosure, to be a great deal - the last one I sent out, ended up in Escrow within 3 days, at over the asking price, So keep an eye out for these also!

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE - put in the registration form what you are looking for! I will never spam you or waste your time - I will just send you what you asked for.
The Reason I stress VERY IMPORTANT - is that 90% of the people that register last time - put nothing in there except a name and email????- I need to know what you are looking for, or I wont know what to email you?
I do a variety of different mailings, from Vacation rentals, to Fractional's, Foreclosures, Regular sales, and so on - SO please - I don't want you to get - Vacation Rental information when you are just interested in foreclosed homes - or vice a versa.
